Our Wine Sampling Supper & Stay Package is an ideal opportunity to sample a selection of local wines during your stay in the Loire Valley. Served on either a Sunday or Monday evening please book in advance of your stay. Other evenings may be available subject to availability please check when you make your booking.
All Wine Tours booked include a Wine Sampling Supper on the first evening of arrival and can start on any day subject to availability please ask.
The Wine Sampling Supper is a freshly homecooked 4 course dinner which includes delicious Loire AOC wines served with each course, an apeo, coffee/tea and a digestif. The Wine Sampling Supper must be booked in advance with your room reservation. All produce is locally sourced and seasonal some from our own organic potager. For those interested in tasting local wines the Wine Sampling Supper is an evening not to miss when you can be sure to sample some of the delicious wines of the region.

Includes a 2 or 3 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis with one Wine Sampling Supper available on the arrival evening of your stay as shown below. Includes a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival and a guaranteed tour of the private caves and tunnels at La Grande Maison.
The Wine Sampling Supper is a delicious home cooked 4 course menu served with local wines to accompany each course. Coffee or tea and a cointreau liquer are also offered at the end of the meal. The menu usually includes an entree and main course for example fresh oven baked salmon or tournados of beef in a mushroom marsala sauce, a selection of french cheeses and a dessert. All the ingredients are fresh and sourced locally at the markets. Many of the ingredients we use are organic or from our own potager when in season.
There is a fantastic selection of apertif, white and red local Loire AOC wines served during the meal. Many organic & biodynamic too !
Price : 345 euros per couple 2 night stay

All rooms have either a private bath or shower room with hand basin and wc. Prices are exclusive of French Taxe de Sejour which is currently 0.90 cents per person per night.
