After a varied career incorporating sport, running a small business and teaching Sue made a life changing decision to study wine. Embarking on a Wine Studies course at Plumpton Agricultural College, Sussex UK, Sue finished with a distinction culminating in a  position in the wine department as a Winery Teacher and Technician. There followed 2 years at the highly acclaimed English wine producers RidgeView Estate Winery  working on all aspects of sparkling wine production from the vineyard to sales. As a lover of viticulture you'll often find Sue out in the vineyards pruning, de-leafing, harvesting and tending the vines.

With a degree in Hotel Management Micaela spent the first 15 years of her career in the hotel industry, working for Hilton International in London and Europe. Following this she set up a successful computer software company Wallchart International  in the UK as Sales and Marketing Director and developed international business with major corporate clients. Micaela has also passed the WSET  Advanced Certificate (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) examination and has excellent knowledge of local Loire wines and producers. In her spare time you'll find Micaela out on the Loire river sailing their Toue Cabanée, an authentique Loire wooden boat.
